Delivery of Related Documents. Lessor and Lessee will execute or provide, as requested by either party, such other documents and information as are reasonably necessary with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. At the request of Lessor, Lessee will furnish Lessor annual financial statements of Lessee within ninety (90) days after the end of Lessee's Fiscal Year.
