Delivery of Related Documents. Lessee will execute or provide, as requested by Xxxxxx, such other documents and information as are reasonably necessary with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Lease. Lessor and Xxxxxx agree that this Lease or any other appropriate documents may be filed or recorded to evidence the parties' respective interests in the Project and this Lease.
