Delivery of Related Documents. a. For each item of Equipment, the Lessee shall provide the Lessor with a completed Pre-approval Request, substantially in the form attached hereto. Prior to the date the Equipment is ordered by the Lessee from the Equipment Vendor, the Lessor has the right to approve or disapprove the Pre-approval Request based only on the nature of the acquisition. Provided, however, if the nature of the acquisition indicated in the Pre-approval Request changes materially after the Lessor has agreed to provide financing, the Lessor is not bound by the Pre-approval Request.
