Common use of Delivery of Related Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Related Documents. For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of Acceptance; (b) Opinion of Counsel; (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable to Lessor; (d) Financial Statements; (e) Incumbency Certificate; and (f) Other documents as reasonably required by Lessor.

Delivery of Related Documents. For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of AcceptanceAcceptance (if Acceptance has taken place); (b) Opinion of Counsel; (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable to Lessor; (d) Financial Statements; (e) Incumbency Certificate; and (f) Other documents as reasonably required by Lessor.;

For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of AcceptanceAcceptance (if Acceptance has taken place); (b) Opinion of Counsel; (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable to LessorFinancial Statements; (d) Financial Statementsincumbency certificate; and (e) Incumbency Certificate; and (f) Other other documents specified in the applicable Schedule as being reasonably required by Lessor.

For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information as required by and satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of AcceptanceAcceptance for accepted goods to be on lease with Lessor; (b) Opinion of CounselCounsel (only required in connection with a Schedule in excess of $500,000.00); (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable financial statements or other financial information in lieu thereof as agreed to by Lessor’s credit department in its sole judgment; (d) Financial Statements; (e) Incumbency Certificate; and (fe) Other other mutually agreed documents as reasonably required by Lessor.

For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of Acceptance; (b) Opinion Certificate of Counselinsurance; (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable to Lessor; (d) Financial Statements; (e) Incumbency Certificate, if differing from the one previous supplied; and (fd) Other documents as reasonably required by LessorLessor or otherwise specified herein.
