DELIVERY OF REGISTRATION STATEMENTS AND PROSPECTUSES. The Company will deliver to each Underwriter one conformed copy of the Registration Statement (as originally filed) and of each amendment thereto (including exhibits filed therewith or incorporated by reference therein and documents incorporated by reference in the Prospectus) and will also deliver to the Representatives as many conformed copies of the Registration Statement as originally filed and of each amendment thereto (without exhibits) as the Representatives may reasonably request. While the Prospectus is required by the 1933 Act to be delivered in connection with sales of the Offered Securities, the Company will furnish to the Representatives as many copies of the Prospectus (including the Prospectus Supplement) as the Representatives reasonably request.
