Common use of Delivery of Records Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Records. if an Agent resigns or its appointment is terminated, the Agent shall on the date on which the resignation or termination takes effect pay to the new Agent any amount held by it for payment in respect of the Securities or Coupons and the Agent, shall deliver to the new Agent the records kept by it and all documents and forms held by it pursuant to this Agreement.
