Common use of Delivery of Notes Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account of each Lender that has requested a Note in writing three Business Days prior to the Closing Date, such Lender’s Notes duly executed and delivered by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower.

Delivery of Notes.
