Common use of Delivery of Good Title Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Good Title. Upon delivery of the Shares to be sold by Sellers hereunder and payment of the Purchase Price therefor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Purchaser will have good title to such Shares at Closing free and clear of all Liens.
