Common use of Delivery of Fund Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Fund Documents. The Adviser has furnished you with copies, properly certified or authenticated, of each of the following: (a) Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust, as amended and restated from time to time, and the Certificate of Trust which was filed with the Delaware Secretary of State dated June 8, 1993 (the "Declaration of Trust"). (b) By-Laws of the Trust as in effect on the date hereof (the "By-Laws").
