Common use of Delivery of Certificates; Payment Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certificates; Payment. (i) The Company shall make the certificates for the Shares and the Warrants to be purchased hereunder available to you for checking at least one full business day prior to the First Closing Date or the Option Closing Date (each, a "Closing Date"), as the case may be. The certificates shall be in such names and denominations as you may request at least two business days prior to the relevant Closing Date. The availability of the certificates at the time and place specified in this Section 2(d)(i) is a further condition to the obligations of the Underwriter hereunder.
