Notwithstanding the foregoing, the General Partner may deliver to the Limited Partners each of the reports described above, as well as any other communications that it may provide hereunder, by e-mail or by any other electronic means, provided that if a report is filed with the SEC via XXXXX it shall be deemed to have been delivered to each Limited Partner.
