Common use of Delivery Charge Clause in Contracts

Delivery Charge. Client acknowledges and agrees that Company will have the right to impose, collect and retain for Company’s own account a fee for the delivery of Tickets to Client and/or its Customers (the “Delivery Charge”), in a reasonable and customary amount to be determined by Company in its good faith discretion. The Delivery Charge will be added on to each invoice at checkout.
