Delivery by Purchaser. (a) The PURCHASER shall deliver the Termination of Warrant as required in Section 1.3. (b) The PURCHASER shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to SELLER such instruments, documents and certificates as are required to be delivered by the PURCHASER or its representatives pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
