Delivery and Security. All Channels of the Broadcaster must be delivered by the DPO to subscribers in a securely encrypted manner and without any alteration. The transmission specifications and infrastructure allocated in respect of the broadcast signal of the Subscribed Channels by the DPO to the Subscribers shall be as per the industry standards and should be at par with the signals of any other channel within the same genre on its Distribution platform.
