Deliveries of Marine. Fuel are made not only on the credit of the Buyer but also on the faith and credit of the Vessel and the Seller shall have and may assert, in addition to any other security, a lien against the Vessel and her bunkers and against all assets, vessels and bunkers, in the same ownership, management, operation or control of the Buyer for all sums due and owing, including interests and costs in connection with the Sale Contract.
