Common use of Deliveries of "Firm Gas" up to the Maximum Clause in Contracts

Deliveries of "Firm Gas" up to the Maximum. Daily Quantity set forth in the Service Agreement, shall be firm and shall not be subject to curtailment or interruption by Seller except that caused by Force Xxxxxx, or operating conditions beyond Seller's control, or where such curtailment or interruption is the result of, or pursuant to, operating procedures prescribed by the Commission.
