Common use of Delivered Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivered Documents. On the Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Buyers shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance: (a) this Amendment, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent, Buyers and Seller; and (b) such other documents as the Administrative Agent or counsel to the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Delivered Documents. On the Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Buyers shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance: (ai) this Amendment, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent, Buyers the Buyers, the Seller and Sellerthe Guarantor; and (bii) such other documents as the Administrative Agent or counsel to the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Delivered Documents. On the Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Buyers shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance: (a) this Amendment, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of Administrative Agent, the Buyers, the Seller and the Guarantor; (b) Amendment No. 12 to the Amended and Restated Pricing Side Letter, executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, Buyers the Buyers, the Seller, and Sellerthe Guarantor; and (bc) such other documents as the Administrative Agent or counsel to the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.. Delivered Documents. On the Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Buyers shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance: (a) this Amendment, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent, Buyers ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and the Seller; (b) Amendment No. 14 to the Pricing Side Letter, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and the Seller; and (bc) such other documents as the Administrative Agent or counsel to the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Delivered Documents. On the Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Buyers shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance: (a) this Amendment, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent, Buyers the Buyers, the Seller Parties and Seller; and (b) such other documents as the Administrative Agent or counsel to the Administrative Agent may reasonably requestGuarantor.

Delivered Documents. On the Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Buyers shall have received the following documents, each of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in form and substance: (a) this Amendment, executed and delivered by the duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent, Buyers the Buyers, the Seller and Sellerthe Guarantor; and (b) such other documents as that certain Amendment No. 14 to the Pricing Side Letter, executed and delivered by duly authorized officers of the Administrative Agent or counsel to Agent, the Administrative Agent may reasonably requestBuyers, the Seller and the Guarantor.
