Deliverable review Sample Clauses

Deliverable review. Upon submission, DMC requires up to 10 working days in Phase 1 and up to 20 working days in the other phases to review. The approval may require multiple rounds of review cycles subject to the discretion of the Museum. Plan for at least 2 cycles at each phase. If, in the opinion of the Museum, any deliverable does not satisfy the requirements set forth in this Agreement, and after all options have been explored with the Organization, the Museum can, as appropriate and in its sole discretion, cancel any payment or part thereof.
Deliverable review. Without obligation to do so, SHAMROCK CIVIL may provide the Consultant with such comment, information or advice as it considers appropriate to provide. Any comment, information or advice provided: (a) is intended to be of assistance to the Consultant and shall not be construed as a direction from SHAMROCK CIVIL to the Consultant; (b) shall not be taken as Approval of Services that do not conform to the Agreement; and (c) shall not waive any provisions of or release the Consultant from its obligations under the Agreement.
Deliverable review a. All deliverables for this task will be reviewed by the City and the City will provide comments back to Contractor within 2 weeks.
