Common use of Delinquent Contributions Clause in Contracts

Delinquent Contributions. In the event the Employer is in arrears in the payment of contributions, it shall be liable for late fees, interest and liquidated damages as established by the Trustees, legal fees, court and/or arbitration costs, and audit and other expenses incidental to the collection of said delinquency. The Employer shall make available for inspection and audit such payroll records as the Fund may lawfully require.
