Common use of Delinquent Accounts Clause in Contracts

Delinquent Accounts. Bills must be paid up, along with all the Requirements by MARCH 31st, otherwise, camping on site will not be permitted and the electrical box will be locked. Possessions (camping unit, deck, shed, screen house etc.) must be removed by April 1st unless weather prohibits it. The unit can be placed in our storage area at the prevailing rates, pre-paid, but boats, cars, sheds, decks etc. will be individually charged. THE SITE MUST BE LEFT CLEAN & PRESENTABLE FOR THE NEXT RENTER. See #4 SITE DEPOSIT & CLEAN UP. Delinquent accounts will not be permitted to hold a seasonal site. The site will be forfeited. The Campground may at Campground’s election remove the Camper’s personal property (including the Camping Unit) from the Campsite and store same at the cost of the Camper. After 30 days, the unit will be considered abandoned. Labor charges of $50.00 per hour will be applied to xxxx. Overdue bills are subject to a $10.00 charge on total xxxx per week or 1 ½% interest per month, which-ever is greater. In addition, a $25 service charge per month will be added. If no attempt is made to pay your xxxx after a reasonable amount of time, legal action will start and the things you left behind will be considered abandoned. Anything put into the ground automatically BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF THE PLAYFUL GOOSE CAMPGROUND, which includes trees, posts, poles, flowers, plants, etc., and will be determined by Campground Management.
