Common use of Delinquencies Clause in Contracts

Delinquencies. If the Rent, the Road Maintenance Fee, the Security Payment or other charges under this Lease are not paid when due, all such amounts shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the due date until the date paid; provided that this provision shall not be construed to relieve Lessee from any default in making any Rent or other payment at the times and in the manner specified. The Rent and other sums due under this Lease shall be paid without prior notice or demand.
