Deletion of Definition. Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the definition of "Applicable Margin" therefrom.
Deletion of Definition. The definition of “Appointed Directors” contained in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Definition. The definition of Gross Profit is hereby deleted from Section 1 of the Original Agreement in its entirely.
