THE STATED EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OR DIFFERENT WARRANTIES, ON THE PART OF SELLER ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, ANY ITEMS OR SERVICES PURCHASED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
