Delete or return Sample Clauses

The "Delete or return" clause requires a party to either delete or return certain materials, data, or documents upon the termination or completion of an agreement. In practice, this means that when the contractual relationship ends, the receiving party must either securely destroy all copies of confidential information or return them to the disclosing party, depending on the instructions provided. This clause is essential for protecting sensitive information, ensuring that proprietary or confidential materials are not retained or misused after the business relationship concludes.
