Common use of Delegation of Power Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a)2.7, including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing; and

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a2. 07 (a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing; and

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, 2.8(a) or making any other governmental filing; and

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable lawlaw (subject to prior approval by the Depositor), delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing; and

(a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing; and. TRUST AGREEMENT

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a)2.07A, including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing; and

Delegation of Power. (a) Any Administrative Regular Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing3.6; and

Delegation of Power. (a) a)......Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a207(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, or making any other governmental filing; and

(a) Any Administrative Trustee may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his his, her or her its power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, 3.6 or making any other governmental filing; andprovided that such person is a “United States person” as defined in Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code.

(a) Any Administrative Trustee Administrator may, by power of attorney consistent with applicable law, delegate to any other natural person over the age of 21 his or her power for the purpose of executing any documents contemplated in Section 2.7(a), including any registration statement or amendment thereto filed with the Commission, Section_2.7(a) or making any other governmental filing; and.
