Delegation of Credentialing Activities. If MCO delegates credentialing (and recredentialing, recertification, or reappointment) activities, there is a written description of the delegated activities, and the delegate's accountability for these activities. There is also evidence that the delegate accomplished the credentialing activities. MCO monitors the effectiveness of the delegate's credentialing and reappointment or recertification process.
