Common use of Delegation of Administration Services Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Administration Services. With respect to any or all series of the Trust, including the Funds, the Manager may enter into one or more contracts with a sub-administrator (“Sub-Administration Contract”) in which the Manager delegates to such sub-administrator any or all its duties specified in this Agreement, provided that the Sub-Administration Contract meets all applicable requirements of the 1940 Act and rules thereunder, as applicable. The Manager will at all times maintain responsibility for providing the administration services and will supervise any sub-administrator.
