Common use of Delegation in Favour of Securitization Agent Clause in Contracts

Delegation in Favour of Securitization Agent. The Trust may delegate to the Securitization Agent all or any of its powers, rights and discretion hereunder, and the Securitization Agent may from time to time take such actions and exercise such powers for and on behalf of the Trust as are delegated to it or contemplated hereby and all such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto. Each of the Seller and the Servicer shall be entitled to and be fully protected in relying on any instruction made or given by the Securitization Agent, and shall have no liability to the Trust in respect of such reliance.
