Common use of Delegation; Committees Clause in Contracts

Delegation; Committees. The Trustees shall have power, consistent with their continuing exclusive authority over the management of the Trust and the Trust Property, to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or any Series of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem expedient, to the same extent as such delegation is permitted by the 1940 Act.

Delegation; Committees. The Trustees shall have power, consistent with their continuing exclusive authority over the management of the Trust and the Trust Property, to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments instruments, either in the name of the Trust or any Series of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem expedient, to the same extent as such delegation is permitted by the 1940 Act.

The Trustees shall have power, consistent with their continuing exclusive authority over the management of the Trust Trust, the conduct of its affairs and the management and disposition of Trust Property, to delegate from time to time to such one or more of their number (who may be designated as constituting a Committee of the Trustees) or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or any Series of the Trust or the names of the Trustees or as their attorney or attorneys or otherwise as the Trustees may from time to time deem expedient, to the same extent as such delegation is permitted by the 1940 Act.

The Trustees shall have the power, consistent with their continuing exclusive authority over the management of the Trust Company and the Trust Company Property, to delegate from time to time to such of their number or to officers, employees or agents of the Trust Company the doing of such things and the execution of such instruments either in the name of the Trust or any Series of the Trust Company or the names of the Trustees or otherwise as the Trustees may deem expedient, to the same extent as such delegation is permitted by the 1940 Act.
