Delegates Meetings. There shall be a maximum of one delegate of each section recognised by both Union and Management. The delegate representing members of the Union at the site of the Company shall be entitled to the benefit of sub-clause (i) above, subject to the same provisos, save that such delegate's entitlement shall be in respect of an additional four hours per year.

Delegates Meetings. The Company and the delegates have agreed that all delegates meetings will be conducted, as far as practicable, on or about the end of a normal working shift. It is further agreed that all delegates attending such meetings should not be disadvantaged in terms of earnings. It is further agreed that in respect of meetings generally which are called by the TWU for the specific purpose of discussing issues relating to the Company, the number of delegates attending at such meetings shall be restricted to no more than two (2) delegates from each business unit or contract. The union will undertake to give the Company reasonable notice of its intention to call such meetings.

The executive Delegate or the Alternate State Delegate of the F.M.B.A. shall be granted leave from duty without loss of regular straight time pay for all meetings of the State F.M.B.A. and Regional F.M.B.A. meetings and all membership meeting of the State F.M.B.A. when such meetings take place at a time when such officer is scheduled to be on duty. The Alternate State Delegate will replace the State Delegating in case of personal sickness or death in the family.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

A quorum for all meetings of any such committee shall be one-third, but not less than two, of the members thereof. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration, any action of any such committee may be taken at a meeting by vote of a majority of the members present (a quorum being present) or without a meeting by written consent of all of the members. With respect to actions of the Trustees and any committee of the Trustees, Trustees who are Interested Persons in any action to be taken may be counted for quorum purposes under this Section and shall be entitled to vote to the extent not prohibited by the 1940 Act. All or any one or more Trustees may participate in a meeting of the Trustees or any committee thereof by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other; participation in a meeting pursuant to any such communications system shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure.
