DELEGATES’ LEAVE. Upon seven (7) days’ written notice, the superintendent may approve a leave of absence for such time as he/she deems reasonable for officers and/or members of the Association, not to exceed two (2) in number, as may be designated by the Association to attend Massachusetts Teachers Association or National Education Association conferences and/or conventions.
