Delegate Responsibilities. The time spent by union delegates or the union during working hours in accordance with any rights set out in this clause or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be no more than the time that is reasonably necessary to attend to such matters. The arrangements for any meeting or discussions arranged by the union or an authorised delegate, including the timing and length of meeting, held in paid time to discuss the application of this agreement or any other matter will be by agreement of the site manager. The manager will not unreasonably withhold agreement. In exercising any right as set out in this Agreement, union delegates and the union will also work with site management to ensure that any activity will not unduly interfere with the work in progress on site and that interruptions are kept to a minimum.
Delegate Responsibilities. Delegate agrees to the following: A) To attend all required meetings of his/her student delegation. If Delegate knows in advance that he/she will be unable to attend a required meeting, Delegate shall contact the delegation Escort to request an excused absence from said meeting. Whether or not to accept Delegate’s excuse lies within the sole discretion of the delegation Escort. B) If Delegate misses a required meeting after receiving an excused absence from the delegation Escort, Delegate shall make arrangements within one (1) week (or as soon as possible) to meet with the delegation Escort to review material covered at the missed meeting. C) To make all required payments (for airfare, etc) pursuant to a written payment schedule to be distributed to all delegates by the delegation Escort. D) To complete tasks assigned to Delegates by the delegation Escort in a timely manner. Assigned tasks may include, but will not be limited to, acquisition of a passport, currency exchange, and acquisition of travel health insurance. E) To participate in JSCC functions upon request until Delegate completes both legs of the student exchange program — Independence in Higashimurayama, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in Independence. F) To attend a JSCC meeting after returning from Japan to report on Delegate’s experiences and observations as a student exchange delegate. G) To exhibit good citizenship at school, in the community, and online (i.e. facebook). At no time shall Delegate speak or write negatively about JSCC, its persons or programs. All concerns must be addressed confidentially to the Escort or any member of the JSCC Committee. Delegate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s parents acknowledge and agree that what constitutes “good citizenship” lies within the sole discretion of JSCC and/or the delegation Escort.
Delegate Responsibilities. A delegate's responsibilities include to: a) consult with their Team Leader whenever they propose to undertake their role as a delegate in exercising any of the rights above, except with respect to Clause 32.3 c), when advice to the Team Leader is sufficient; b) recognise that work priorities as determined by their Team Leader take precedence over the exercise of the above rights; c) adhere to the process of Clause 29, Grievance and Disputes Procedures.
Delegate Responsibilities. The AGMA Delegate or a Representative duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the EMPLOYER: (i) Shall, at reasonable times, have access to the place of rehearsals and performances for the purpose of conferring with ARTISTS; provided however, that such AGMA representatives will not interfere with any ARTIST's work or with the EMPLOYER's operations. The EMPLOYER agrees to cooperate with such representative in dealing with all matters pertaining to the official business of AGMA. (ii) Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA and between ARTISTS and EMPLOYER. (iii) Shall report any violations of this agreement both to the EMPLOYER and to AGMA. (iv) Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business as referenced in 10.D. (v) Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of EMPLOYER as referenced in 18.A. (vi) Shall have the opportunity to meet with representatives of the Production and Technical Departments before the first onstage rehearsal in any production to “walk the set” and address any safety issues/concerns before Artists are on it.
Delegate Responsibilities. The Delegate agrees to: 1. Submit complete information required for event participation (company details, delegate names, exhibitor needs, etc.). 2. Process visa applications using invitation letters provided by the Organizer (Organizer is not responsible for visa approval decisions). 3. Arrange travel and accommodations (Organizer provides hotel booking support but is not responsible for travel costs). 4. Follow event guidelines regarding exhibitor setup, branding, and participation in networking sessions. 5. Comply with U.S. laws and regulations, including customs compliance for any product samples brought to the expo.
