Delegate Numbers. The Union shall designate its officers and Delegates from among employees in the unit(s). A current list of Delegates and any Officers, must be posted by the Union and provided to the Employer’s Human Resources Director with any changes as they occur.
Delegate Numbers. 11.1 We will not unreasonably refuse to accept a written request from you to increase the number of Delegates who attend the Event from that specified in the Booking Contract, subject to:
a) The availability of the Venue and associated services
b) Such request being made as early as is reasonably practicable (and while we may endeavour to accommodate requests received later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event we are under no obligation to do so) and
c) Payment by you of an additional non-refundable deposit per additional Delegate of 50%.
11.2 We will not unreasonably refuse to accept a written request from you to decrease the number of Delegates. If we agree to decrease the number of Delegates we shall be obliged to provide the Venue and associated services only in respect of the reduced number of Delegates. You will not be entitled to any refund of your deposit or any subsequent payments if you reduce the number of Delegates. If the request is received less than fourteen (14) days in advance of the Event we will be unable to adjust the final invoice to reflect the reduction in Delegate numbers.
Delegate Numbers. The employer shall allow two delegates appointed by employees from Baulkham Hills and whose name has been forwarded by the union in writing to the employer, the necessary time during work hours to interview him or his representatives on matters affecting the employees whom the delegates represent. The employer will endeavour to make reasonable time available for the delegate to attend training and external union meetings.

(a) the availability of accommodation and staff;
(b) such request being made as early as is reasonably practicable (and while we may endeavour to accommodate requests received later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the first day of the Event we are under no obligation to do so); and
(c) payment by you of an additional non-refundable deposit per additional Delegate of 60% of the Daily Rate.
2.2 We will not unreasonably refuse to accept a written request from you to decrease the number of Delegates. If we agree to decrease the number of Delegates we shall be obliged to provide the Services only in respect of the reduced number of Delegates. You will not be entitled to any refund of your deposit if you reduce the number of Delegates. We will however reduce the Quote to reflect any decrease in the number of Delegates (subject to any minimum number of Delegates set out in the Booking Contract).

Delegate Numbers. 8.1 Minimum guaranteed numbers are as agreed in the Letter Agreement. The Client shall give written confirmation of numbers of Delegates attending the Event not less than seven working days’ prior to the Event (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)
8.2 If the final number of delegates are higher than the minimum guaranteed numbers, these will be chargeable.
8.3 If actual number of Delegates at the Event exceed the final number stipulated this may result in the Company limiting further attendance at the Event and/or the Company will have the right to terminate the Agreement and cancel the Event. In event of disagreement the Company’s decision is final.
