Common use of Delays Caused by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Delays Caused by Tenant. There shall be no abatement of rent, and the one hundred twenty (120) day period and the two hundred forty (240) day period specified in Section 3.2 shall be deemed extended, to the extent of any delays caused by acts or omissions of Tenant, Tenant's agents, employees and contractors, or for Tenant delays as defined in the work letter agreement attached to this Lease, if any (hereinafter "Tenant Delays"). The Commencement Date shall not be extended due to Tenant Delays.
