Delayed Invoicing. Orixcom may invoice or provide notice of Charges to Customer up to 6 months after the date a Charge accrues, provided that for cases involving fraud or third party charges, Charges may be invoiced at any time within a reasonable period after Orixcom becomes aware of such Charges.
