Delayed Information. 5.1 In addition to paragraph 3, where the Licensee only receives Delayed Information, clauses 4.7.1, 5.5, 5.6. 5.7, 5.8 and 5.12 shall not apply, but only in respect of Delayed Information. 5.2 Where the Licensee disseminates Delayed Information, each display of Delayed Information shall conspicuously exhibit a clear statement that such Information is Delayed Information.
