Delayed Draw Term Commitment. Notwithstanding anything in this Section to the contrary, if the Borrower has not given the Administrative Agent written notice of its objection to an assignment within ten (10) days after written notice of such assignment, the Borrower shall be deemed to have consented to such assignment.
