Delay of Subrogation. Notwithstanding any payment made by or for the account of any of the undersigned pursuant to this Guaranty, the undersigned shall not be subrogated to any right of any Noteholder until such time as this Guaranty shall have been discontinued as to all of the undersigned and the Noteholders shall have received payment in cash of the full amount of all Obligations.
