Common use of Delay in Completion Clause in Contracts

Delay in Completion. a If the Concessionaire delays completion beyond the Completion Period or the Time for Completion and if in the opinion of the Authority, such delay is caused by any negligence, default, or failure of the Concessionaire, no extension of the Completion Period or the Time for Completion shall be given by the Authority.
