For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms are defined: 1.01 VXA-1 Product" shall mean tape storage apparatus currently manufactured by AIWA and marketed by Ecrix under the trademark of VXA-1 with 33GB native storage capacity utilizing 8mm magnetic tape of approximately 170m in length and include modifications and improvements thereof.
