Definitions Relating to Budgets. The Initial Operating Budget and each other Budget, including any revisions thereto, which is approved in accordance with Section 5.3 hereof, shall be termed an "Approved Budget." All expense items identified in the Company's Approved Budgets from time to time shall constitute "Approved Expenses" of the Company.
