Definitions of Specific Terms. Unless the context shall clearly indicate some other meaning or may otherwise require, the terms defined in this Section 1 shall, for all purposes of this Agreement have the meanings herein specified, with the following definitions to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of any terms herein defined and vice versa.
