Definitions Interpretations. 1.1 The Student Residential Licence Agreement is the contract between the University of Winchester and the Student relating to the Accommodation and comprising the online room offer/acceptance process or paper offer letter (“Licence Agreement”) and these Student Residence Regulations (“Regulations”).
