Definitions General. 2:01 OSSTF means the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, otherwise referred to as the Union. 2:02 The Bargaining Unit means ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ – University of Toronto Schools (UTS). 2:03 UTS means University of Toronto Schools, also referred to as the Employer and the School. 2:04 Parties means UTS and the Bargaining Unit.
