Provisions of the Base Indenture. Except insofar as herein otherwise expressly provided, all the definitions, provisions, terms and conditions of the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. The Base Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Base Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and considered as one and the same instrument for all purposes.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 101 or the Base Indenture or this Second Supplemental Indenture to the contrary, to the extent any provisions of this Second Supplemental Indenture or any Note issued hereunder shall conflict with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provisions of this Second Supplemental Indenture (including the terms and conditions of the Notes set forth in Section 203 hereof) shall govern, including without limitation the provisions of Section 601 of this Second Supplemental Indenture.
