SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.

Each reference to "hereof", "hereunder", "herein" and "hereby" and each other similar reference and each reference to "this Agreement" and each other similar reference contained in the Credit Agreement shall, after this Amendment becomes effective, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
UCC Definitions Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, terms for which meanings are provided in the UCC are used in this Security Agreement, including its preamble and recitals, with such meanings.
Master Definitions Supplement All terms and expressions used in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as those contained in the Master Definitions Supplement to the CAISO Tariff.
