Except as otherwise specified herein or as the context may otherwise require, capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein are defined in Appendix A to the Indenture, dated as of August 15, 2013 (the “Indenture”), among SLM Student Loan Trust 2013-4 (the “Trust”), Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, not in its individual capacity but solely as eligible lender trustee (the “Eligible Lender Trustee”) on behalf of the Trust, and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, not in its individual capacity but solely as indenture trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), as may be amended or supplemented from time to time, which also contains rules as to usage that shall be applicable herein.
