Definitions and Miscellaneous Provisions. (i) GSK shall continue to make each annual listing and the most recent quarterly listing of Payments available on its website during the term of the CIA. GSK shall retain and make available to OIG, upon request, all supporting documentation, correspondence, and records related to all applicable Payments and to the annual and/or quarterly listings of Payments. Nothing in this Section III.O affects the responsibility of GSK to comply with (or liability for noncompliance with) all applicable Federal health care program requirements and state laws as they relate to all applicable Payments made to physicians or Related Entity.
