Definitions and Basic Provisions. The definitions and basic provisions set forth in the Basic Lease Information (the "BASIC LEASE INFORMATION") executed by Landlord and Tenant contemporaneously herewith are incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. Additionally, the following terms shall have the following meanings when used in this Lease: "LAWS" means all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, all court orders, governmental directives, and governmental orders, and all restrictive covenants affecting the Property, and "LAW" shall mean any of the foregoing; "AFFILIATE" means any person or entity which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the party in question; "TENANT PARTY" means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, and invitees; and "INCLUDING" means including, without limitation.
