Common use of Definitions Agreement Clause in Contracts

Definitions Agreement. Terms defined herein or in any other P1 Financing Document with reference to the Definitions Agreement shall be defined with reference to the Definitions Agreement as in effect on the date hereof; provided, that, if the Definitions Agreement is amended upon approval in accordance with Section 14.1 hereof or as otherwise permitted hereunder, then such terms shall be defined with reference to the Definitions Agreement as in effect on the date of such amendment.
